    3. Health Care Staff Registration is one time registration in NHC,
    4. This registration is not valid for a permanent services, this is for on call Patient service.
    5. Fee/Payment of Patient (Registered momber) will have to collect and Confirmed by Visited Health Care Staff
    6. The Payment Mode of Health Care Staff will decide at the time of registration between Health Care Staffand NHC
    7. Availability Status on Particular Day will have to inform by you
    8. If Any Issue will be there From Concerned Patient, NHC Will not be Responsible For any kind of Dispute or Loss of the life of any Patient who taking Care by Halth Care Staff
    9. All Disputes Subject to Bhopal Jurisdictions only.
