Policy Note:

1. Doctor registration is a one-time registration in NHC for home care.

2. This registration is not valid for permanent services. this is for only on call patient services.

3. Fee/Payment of Patient (Registered meinber) will have to collect by Visited Doctor

4. The payment mode of doctor will decided at the time of registration between Doctor and NHC.

2. NHC does not Give Self Treatment to Concerned Patient

3. Doctor’s Registration is one time registration in NHC.

5. Fee/Payment of Patient (Registered member) will have to collect and Confirmed by Visited Doctor.

6. The Payment Mode of doctor will decide at the time of registration between Doctor and NHC.

7. Availability Status on Particular Day will have to inform by you

8. If Any Issue will be there From Concerned Patient, NHC Will not be Responsible For any kind of Dispute or Loss of the life of any Patient who Goes to the Doctor or Hospital Through NHC

9. All Disputes Subject to Bhopal Jurisdictions only.
